The entire reason I began sewing is because I could never find anything cute at the mall with a flattering fit, so fit is very important to me.
I have included sizing charts for all items located in the "SIZING CHART" tab under product information or you may find the sizing chart in the product images. Even if your size is not listed you can still place an order and list your measurements or desired size in the order notes. Any alterations or modifications you may need can be requested, if I am unable to fill your request you will be notified.
If you have any issues with fit AT ALL do not be afraid to reach out. I am always improving my skill set and machines so I am more than happy to make adjustments to anything I have created.
SIZING
Taking your measurements
Knowing your measurements is vital for ensuring you receive the correct size garment. However, I know everyone does not know their measurements so below are guidelines to help you get those measurements yourself.
for feminine body types
(Use a cloth measuring tape for a more accurate reading.)
Bust
To take the bust measurement, simply place one end of the tape measure around the fullest part of the chest then wrap under the armpits.
waist
A waist circumference measures waist size just above the belly button and below the rib cage. Circle the tape measure around the waist, much like a belt at the natural waistline. When taking the measurement, relax the breath and do not suck in the stomach.
hips
Starting at one hip, wrap the tape measure around the widest part of the hipbone. Circle it around the glutes and the other hip before returning back to the start point. Standing in front of a mirror for this measurement can help ensure the tape measure is level.
for masculine body types
(Use a cloth measuring tape for a more accurate reading.)
chest
Chest. Hang both your arms by your sides and ask a friend to wrap a measuring tape that is level to the floor, around your chest. The exact area is under the armpits and across the shoulder blades. This is the measurement of your chest.
waist
To take the measurement of your waist, you have to wrap the measuring tape around it. Remember to do so while you are wearing a close-fitting garment or underwear. This is the measurement of your waist.
hips
Wrap the measuring tape horizontally with the help of a friend around your hips. Remember to measure that part of your hips that is the fullest. This is the measurement of your hips.
